This is “o” for Hiragana.
This is “o” for Katakana.
Mainly we use these “お” and “オ” in Japanese sentences but we also have to use “を” and “ヲ” with the objective words like this;
私は 日本語を 学ぶ (I learn Japanese).
These “を” or “ヲ” are also pronounced as “o”.
