In Japan we say "結婚 (けっこん - kekkon)" for Marriage.

And for "marriage partner", we say "結婚相手 (kekkon aite)".

And for "I wish I could marry with her.", we say "彼女と結婚できたら良いのにな (kanojo to kekkon dekitara iinonina)".
